Baseboard 7-1/4"

A tall 7-1/4" baseboard in primed MDF, for rooms where a taller base looks right: higher ceilings, older homes, or anywhere the trim should carry some weight. MDF is smooth and stable, with no grain to raise and no knots to bleed through, and the primer means it only needs caulk and a finish coat once it's on the wall. It sits well with painted casing and crown.
