Primed Mouldings

Hardwood Mouldings

Hardwood crown, baseboard, casing, chair rail, quarter round and panel mouldings for stain-grade and paint-grade trim. Stock profiles in poplar, oak, birch, cherry, walnut and maple, and any profile in any species from our own mill.

S4S Hardwood Lumber

Our S4S (Surfaced Four Sides) hardwood lumber is planed and finished on all four sides, providing smooth, consistent dimensions that are ready to use. S4S lumber is ideal for cabinetry, furniture, trim, shelving, and projects where all sides of the board will be visible. Sold by the linear foot.

S3S Hardwood Lumber

Domestic hardwoods surfaced on both faces with one straight-line ripped edge (S3S), sold by the board foot in random widths. Walnut, cherry, white and red oak, hard and soft maple, hickory, poplar and more, regularly stocked at our St. Peters store.

Exotic Lumber

Imported hardwoods for furniture, boxes, turning and accent work: sapele, genuine and African mahogany, wenge, padauk, purpleheart, zebrawood, teak, ipe and more. Mostly 4/4, with thin stock and thicker boards in several species.

Hardwood Plywood

Cabinet-grade hardwood plywood in walnut, white and red oak, maple, cherry, hickory, alder, birch, African mahogany and more, on veneer, MDF and combination cores. Sheets from 1/8" to 1-1/8" thick, mostly 4' x 8', some 4' x 10'.

Baltic Birch Plywood

Baltic birch plywood from 3 to 13 ply, 1/8" to 3/4" thick, in 5' x 5' full sheets and 2'6" x 5' half sheets. An all-birch, multi-ply core that machines cleanly for cabinets, drawers, jigs and shop furniture.

Prefinished Plywood

Topcoat plywood is birch plywood with a factory-applied UV-cured finish, eliminating the need for sanding and finishing on the job site. The smooth, durable surface is ideal for cabinet interiors, shelving, and furniture applications where a clean, ready-to-use finish is specified.

MDF & Particle Board

MDF (medium density fiberboard) and particle board are engineered wood panel products widely used in cabinetry, shelving, furniture, and interior millwork. MDF offers a smooth, consistent surface ideal for painting and routing. Particle board is a cost-effective option for applications where a structural substrate is needed. Medex is a moisture-resistant MDF suitable for high-humidity environments.
