Poplar S4S

Poplar S4S boards are surfaced on all four sides to a set width and thickness, ready for trim, shelving, face frames and built-ins without planing or ripping. Poplar machines cleanly and takes paint smoothly, so it's the usual choice for painted work. In 3/4", 5/4 and 2x thicknesses and widths from 1 1/2" to 11 1/4", plus 7 1/2" stair riser stock and a 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" glued-up square. Sold by the lineal foot.
