Lace Wood

Lace wood takes its name from its figure: large, freckled flecks across a pinkish to reddish-brown face that form a lace-like pattern, strongest on quartersawn boards. It's used for boxes, accents, inlay, panels and small furniture pieces where the figure can be the feature. We carry it in 4/4 and in thin 1/4" stock. Imported, and sold by the board foot.
