Hard maple plywood a full 1" thick, in 4' x 8' sheets, with an A-grade face and a grade 3 back. Maple's pale, fine-grained face finishes clean and bright under a clear coat, and the extra thickness makes it a good choice for countertops, workbench tops, heavy shelving and cabinet parts that need to stay stiff over a span.
