Padauk

Padauk is an African hardwood with a vivid orange-red color that mellows to a deeper reddish brown over time. It's stable, works well and finishes smoothly, which makes it a favorite for accent strips, cutting boards, boxes, inlay and furniture details. We carry it in 4/4 and in thin 1/4" stock, select and better (S&B) grade. Imported, and sold by the board foot.
