Granadillo

Granadillo is a dense tropical hardwood from Central and South America, reddish orange to deep reddish brown with darker streaks. It's hard and heavy, turns cleanly and polishes to a high shine, and is used for furniture accents, boxes, turned pieces, knife handles and instrument parts. We carry it in 4/4 and in thin 1/4" stock. Imported, and sold by the board foot.
