Zircote

Zircote is a dense hardwood from Mexico and Central America, dark brown to nearly black with lighter streaks and often a "spider web" figure. It turns and polishes beautifully and is prized for knife and tool handles, boxes, pens, instrument parts and inlay. We carry it in 4/4. Imported, and sold by the board foot.
